Privacy Policy: Flow Auto Batch

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Flow Auto Batch is a browser extension that runs prompts in Google Flow and downloads the results. It is not made by or affiliated with Google.

Stored on your computer only: the prompts you paste, your settings, your reference image library and the progress of the current batch. These stay in your browser's extension storage and are never sent to us.
Anonymous usage statistics: the extension sends a few anonymous numbers to our server: a random install ID (not linked to you), the extension version, when it was installed or used, and per batch the number of prompts and files, image or video, image size, model, file-name option and whether it finished. Our server adds the country from the connection. We do not collect or store your name, email, IP address, prompts, images, videos or browsing activity.
Turning statistics off: open the extension's settings (gear icon) and switch off "Share anonymous usage statistics".
What the extension accesses: only Google Flow pages (flow.google.com, labs.google), to type your prompts, press Flow's buttons and find the generated images.
Downloads: generated images and videos are saved to your computer's Downloads folder.
No selling or sharing: the anonymous statistics are used only to understand how the extension is used and to fix problems. They are not sold or shared.
Removing data: uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored on your computer.
